Findings from continuous watching
Under observation: tables booked out every weekend, measured
Our sweep reads each candidate's public reservation calendar (party of two, next 30 nights) and asks one question: is a single Friday or Saturday night still available? A venue lands here when the answer is no — every weekend night either sold out or closed, with at least 6 sold-out weekend nights measured. Venues that keep qualifying, week after week, earn a full alert page; venues that stop qualifying drop off. This page updates as the sweep runs.
